I have been involved for over 25 years in the field of real estate and have been a Licensed Public Auctioneer since 2000. I graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia in Business Adminitraton and also a Certified Business Coach from University Malaya. My skills are helping anyone who is planning to find real estate assets for the purpose of purchase and long-term investment. At the same time, I also give lectures and advisory services related to real estate to those in need. I have served as Assistant Marketing Manager for Mahajaya Group Berhad projects (Desa Petaling, Ketumbar Heights, Damai Perdana, Taman Tan Sri Yaakub, Leisure Farm by Mulpha Group), Marketing Leader for The Mines (North Lake, South Lake) & Head of Property for the Royal Malaysian Police Cooperative Berhad, Head Auctioneer for Asia Pacific Auction Center Sdn Bhd (100% owned by Malaysia Airport Berhad) and Master Auctioneer for Pickles Australia (Pickles Asia Sdn Berhad). I am also a registered auctioneer of the High Court of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Penang, Johor Bahru, Muar and Malacca. I am willing to share my experience if needed.
