Redevelopment Properties - Redeveloping lands for residential, commercial, industrial and mixed uses. Connection and social network are also crucial parts in terms of commercial real estate nowadays, the reality proved that most of the cases were not from MLS (Multiple Listing Services) but commercial networks such as Costar & LoopNet and a few others which serve the commercial real estate better than popular MLS system especially such services could protect the Sellers and the Buyers from being publicly exposed for confidential reasons.   For delving into commercial real estate full-time such connection and social network has gradually been well established from there I’m able to source the quality commercial properties only for private sale in terms of selling and buying for the Clients. Taking advantage of many years involving in legal documents such as purchasing contracts and tendering contracts for example which gives me privilege to work with the Agreements of Purchase and Sale for commercial properties that frequently require lots of “non-standard” clauses and unexpected scenarios right on the scene. Beside legal expertise of contract my major degree of civil engineering and hydraulics which also gives me capability of converting real estate properties to analyzable numbers in order to help clients to perform rational and realistic investments.
