I, a tech-savvy, a graduate of Computer Engineering, took a leap of faith and left my career as a control software programmer in ROHM Electronics to be a realtor. I joined Caliver in 2018 to handle the day to day operations of the company with an aim to improve the efficiency of real estate procedure and system thru my strong background in IT sytems and programming. As a young student, we emerged as a champion, during the 11th SMART SWEEP Competition by conceptualizing a smart marketing app for product trading, prevailing over other 20 participants from universities all over the country. I am indeed a natural when it comes to handling clients and closing deals. On my first month, during my training, I was able to close five residential lease transactions surprisingly and not to mention the positive feedbacks that I got from my clients for an excellent customer service. With my entrepreneural spirit, knowledge in information technology,programming and passion for out of the box ideas, i will surely be instrumental in creating more efficient and innovative real estate services for my company and my clients.
