Drew, is a licensed real estate broker who has been in the industry for 11 years. He founded the Caliver Real Estate Firm in 2018 together with his 3 other partners with a vision to be the preferred real estate firm of investors due to it’s seamless and effective end-to-end property services. He has a strong background in business development, office and residential leasing, property management and sales in secondary market. His experience from a developer and real estate firms gives him a good perspective of the real estate industry in the country. In 2019, he partnered with IQI Global to have better reach and elevate the service and competencies. Senior Sales and Leasing Executive, Department Head for Leasing and Relocation, and Senior Business Development Manager are the major roles that he played in his 10-year experience with leading Local company and firms such as Rockwell Land, Sotheby’s International and KMC Mag Group- Savills. He envisions IQI Caliver Group to be one of the major players in the industry in the next coming years who will take part in residential and office Leasing, investments and sales, property management, and serviced offices. His visions and out of the box ideas and collaborative nature is one of his strengths as a leader and business owner.
